In Season 4, Neptune's panic is not expected when a bomb explodes during the spring break. It seems that things are still unclear, especially when Veronica and Keith are appointed by the wealthy family of one of the victims who were wounded in the bombing. Veronica and her friends are trying to find out who is responsible for that serious incident.
