Three prison guards Nate, Walter and Preslow are on their way to transport a group of dangerous criminals from Virginia until their bus is hit by a truck driven by a freak killer named Three Finger. The criminals take control from then and they encounter a girl named Alex whose friends are all killed by Three Finger two days earlier. The cops, criminals and the girl now have to find a way to escape the horror woods while being hunted by the mutant killer.
