Eddie and the Cruisers, a major rock 'n' roll band in the early '60s, fell off the radar when singer Eddie vanished after a dispute over their experimental second album. And 20 years after, a television newswoman decides to investigate the legendary disappearance of leader Eddie Wilson who may still be alive, while searching for the missing tapes of the band's never-released album.
